CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

Further to Brexit changes (1st January 2021) you may be charged a fee for International orders, any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by HiddenFashion.com.

In most cases the shipment provider will contact you about any taxes and duties while your package is in transit. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price. HiddenFashion.com cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees. In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you will be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to framedincanada. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order, any fees will be deducted from your total refund. If a delivery is refused by you, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to us.

 Terms and Conditions 

• Normal practices state that there is no deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

• Please ensure all shipping addresses and instructions are clear and entered correctly, as any parcels return due to invalid addresses will incur a charge payable by the customer.

• All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

• All delivery times are estimates, any orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following working days.
